Corn Starch

Espiga Corn Starch is a carbohydrate extracted from corn kernels. It dissolves easily in cold liquids, rapid cooking and flavor free.
It is particularly suitable to prepare porridge for babies, thicken sauces, soups and creams, making them thicker and velvety.
Add Corn Starch Espiga to wheat flour to make cakes, muffins, cookies softer.
