Espiga: This Contest consists of the attribution of 1 Christmas Basket, (which contains: 1 garlic dough, 1 meat broth, 1 marmalade, 1 bottle of fried onion, 1 orange segments in syrup, 1 raspberry in syrup, 1 type flour 65 Espiga, 1 lemon and chilli pepper, 1 seasoning for meat and 1 game of rooster) to one of the users who fulfills the requirements stipulated in the Espiga Christmas Basket 2021 competition that will take place on Facebook Espiga. Participating in this contest presupposes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this regulation. Promoting Entity Fábricas Lusitana Produtos Alimentares, S.A. – Largo de Santo António, nº1 – 6005-015 Alcains.
Recipients: The Contest is intended for all individuals residing in Portugal, who meet the requirements specified in these Regulations. No prizes will be awarded to merchants or employees of the Promoter, the Organizer, any company that participates in the organization of the Competition, companies that are in a controlling or group relationship with them, agents or any other person or company professionally connected to the Hobby, neither to their spouses, ascendants, descendants or siblings.
Duration of the Contest The Contest runs from 17:00 on December 17th until 00:00 on December 30th, 2021.
How to Participate? The competition will take place on Espiga's Facebook page. All participants must include a photograph with one or more branded products, the number of which is optional. The deadline for participating will be until 00:00 on December 30, 2021, after which date the competition will be considered as finished, and it will not be possible, afterwards, to participate in the competition. Rules of participation: The campaign is limited to the national territory (mainland Portugal) and islands (Azores and Madeira). For clarification on the competition, the participant should contact the Consumer Services Hotline: 800 200 189 from 10 am to 1 pm / 2 pm to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Entries that do not have all the necessary elements are not considered valid, as will not be considered valid registrations made after the date of the end of the competition. At the end of the competition period, Fábricas Lusitana, SA will select the winner, the winner will be counted by Private Message, via chat by Espiga.
Fábricas Lusitana S.A., are not responsible for technical issues of the participants, namely, damage, loss, delays or other factors beyond their control. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure compliance with all participation rules. Safeguarding the contact made by Espiga to the Winner through a Private Message, via chat, Fábricas Lusitana S.A. will not make any subsequent contact, request or confirmation of the respective participation, which will only be considered valid or invalid by the jury. If it is not possible to contact any of the winners, or if they do not provide the necessary information for the delivery of the prize, Fábricas Lusitana SA reserve the right to deliver the prize to a selected second, and so on until there is a selected participant by Fábricas Lusitana SA, which meets the necessary requirements for the delivery of the prize.
The personal data that will be requested and collected from the Winner will be: Name; Telephone contact and address. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that the information submitted when making contact is correct and up-to-date.
