The Green Cardamom comes from a plant of the ginger family, whose geographical distribution extends from India to Malaysia. Its flavor is fresh and slightly spicy.

Suggestions: aromatize chicken dishes, rice, boiled, vegetables, baked apples and fruit salads. Add to curry or pasta with cakes. Pour a pinch into the coffee or hot chocolate.
