Green Cardamom Seeds
The Green Cardamom seed comes from a plant, the ginger family, whose geographical distribution extends from India to Malaysia. Its flavor is fresh and slightly spicy.
Each capsule contains up to 20 seeds and should be ground only at the time of consumption.
Suggestions: aromatize chicken dishes, rice, boiled, vegetables, baked apples and fruit salads. Add to curry or pasta with cakes. Pour a pinch into the coffee or hot chocolate.
