Garlic is the bulb of a perennial plant, probably from Asia. Garlic seduces by its sweet aroma and intense flavor and is one of the most versatile and used culinary flavours.

Suggestions:
use in all kinds of meat, fish or seafood. A perfect accompaniment for vegetables, sauces, mushrooms and snails. Add a pinch to mayonnaise.
