Espiga Modena Balsamic Vinegar is the result of matured wine vinegar combination and grape must, concentrated and cooked, is produced exclusively in the Modena region in Italy. 
The process of maturation in wooden barrels gives it the dark reddish tone and a pleasant acidic taste.

Try on red meat, cheese, ice cream and fruit.
