Hot-Chilli Sauce

Espiga Hot-Chilli Sauce is produced from the fruit of a shrubby plant native to the Caribbean and yet widely grown in Africa, South America and Asia. It offers a hot spicy flavour to all kinds of dishes, particularly meats, fish, shellfish, poultry or cod, soups and sauces.

Suggestions: Add it to the kebabs, fish stews, rice and soups to seafood or the grilled prawns.
Espiga Hot-Chilli Sauce

Ingredients: water, vinegar, chili pulp (10%), ground pepper, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), colorant (pepper extract), spice extract.

Packing: PET bottle.
