Tarragon Leaves

Tarragon is a perennial herbaceous plant, spontaneous in vast areas of the Northern hemisphere. With sweet but slightly spicy taste.  

Suggestions: green salads, fish dishes or shellfish, gazpacho and other cold soups and cooking sauces and marinades for meat dishes. Combines with tomato and it’s excellent as vinegar flavouring. It is widely used in the preparation of pickles or vinegar-based preserved.
