Mustard Seeds
Mustard seeds originate in a number of different species of endemic plants from the temperate regions of Europe and Asia. This diversity gives them several different shades that can go from black to white.
Suggestions: add the mustard to the meat, poultry, eggs, sausages, fish fillets and gratins in general including cod dishes. Use it for making mayonnaise, sauces, vinaigrette, chutneys and pate.
