Ginger Ground

Ginger is a tasty and aromatic spice traditionally used in Indian and Oriental cuisines. Currently it’s a frequently used condiment.

Suggestions: ideal to flavour meat or croquettes, fish and soups. Excellent ingredient in cakes, biscuits and jams. With cinnamon makes a great combination. Add some ground ginger to your fruit salads.
