Dill is a plant with aroma and sweetish taste, native from Eastern Mediterranean and Southern Russia, very popular in the Scandinavian kitchens and Eastern Europe. It is widely used in salt-free diets, given the amount of minerals.
Suggestions: add generously to fish food in general and in particular to salmon, shellfish, eggs, rice, potatoes and vegetables, salads, sauces and cold soups or mushrooms. It is essential for making pickles. Try it also in the preparation of butter creams.
