Cloves Ground

Clove is the dried flower bud of a tree native to the Moluccas.It has a strong odor with an intense and slightly spicy taste.

Suggestions: 
season meats and stewed fish, roasts, stews or casseroles. Add it to meat broths or fish and marinades. Great for desserts such as honey cakes, mousses and apple pies or even in fruit salads.
