Chives Ground

Chives is a perennial plant of the onion family with a softer and fresher flavour.

Suggestions: meat or fish, baked goods, soups, potato dishes or with eggs, cheese and legumes and also to enrich salads. Add it to the butter in the sauce preparation to accompany baked potatoes.It's also an excellent herb trim, giving a nice look to dishes.
