Red Pesto Sauce

Red Pesto Espiga sauce, a Genoese pesto recipe with basil and the typical DOP Grana Padano cheese, differs from a traditional pesto sauce by the base ingredient used, the dried tomato.

Ready to use sauce, ideal to accompany pasta or simply to spread bread.
Sundried Tomatoes Pesto Sauce

Ingredients: Tomato puree (48%) sunflower oil, water, basil, rehydrated sundried tomatoes (7%), peppers, DOP Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative lysozyme from egg), salt, cashew nuts, pine nuts, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: E330, antioxidant: E300.

Contains sulphites, nuts, milk products and eggs. May contain traces of other nuts, celery, fish and soy.

Net weight: 180 g

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light.
After opening, store in the refrigerator, closed, for up to 2 weeks.
